The acronym of our Company, LPS are conjoined to form hexagon but with open spaces at each joint. The P and S are designed in black while the L comes in red. Also, the L is curved to sit at the beneath of the other two letters. The two colors used in the design of the logo is a symbol of our tolerance for people of different backgrounds, status, professions and religions. It connotes that we at LPS Training Pte Ltd are non-discriminatory and enthusiastic to work with anybody, no matter what part of the world they hail from. This concept has widened our boundaries. SNEHA
The Director, Ms. Sneha, is currently studying Geographical Information Studies (GIS) and is in charge of overseeing the smooth running of the organization. She ensures the implementation of company’s policies in all departments. She plays a huge role in the firm’s financial turnover via negotiation and closing of numerous deals, and then approving contracts upon consulting the appropriate channels. She is dynamic, flexible and an out of the box thinker, who makes relevant updates on the firm’s activities which allows for an unprecedented growth of the company. She takes initiatives at decisive moments and her decisions are always for the company’s best interests.
As an administrator, she improves the organization’s set standard by supervising and reviewing the mode of operations. She ensures all authoritative and internal decisions are strictly confidential in preserving the firm’s integrity. She is unparallel in her communication and interpersonal skills. She has related with many clients and company’s stakeholder professionally and consequently, signed off many deals due to her rhetorical skills.
She strengthens clients’ trust in the organization by ensuring a strong avenue for correspondence between the client and the company. Both the firm’s employees and clients have acknowledged her expertise, professionalism, and passion for work.
Founder
Alan Elangovan
The Founder spent 17 years in creating the blueprint for LPS Training Pte Ltd. The result of this dedication is the creation of the training firm in 2016, populated by group of experts and renowned technocrats, to meet organizational professional needs.
The Founder is tasked with overseeing the management of the firm and is the brain behind strategic planning for the firm’s growth. He has a wide range of experience and training that span over 30 years, which include 7 years in the military (SAF), 5 years in a private sector as a junior architect and 19 years in the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).
He has trained over 120,000 professionals both in the private and public sector around the world and has travelled to over 20 countries. The Founder envisions education as the unfiltered way for development and attaining top level of competence. He has published four books related to behaviours and security.
He also facilitates practical, solution-driven, research-based, and interactive training sessions for employees and employers to enhance their cognitive skills for an improved work environment. His visions for quality organizational education are reflective of the firm’s operations. The online platform can be accessed through any device.
