This training was very expository for me. From the slides used to each facilitator’s mode of delivery, each day of training was so in-depth that it opened my eyes to many new strategies for delivering engaging lessons and creating a more responsive class. A job well done!

The practical sessions were the highlight of the entire training for me. It has helped me recognize the subtle non-verbal communication I used to miss out on. I intend to apply this training in recognizing and preventing possible crimes in the future.

Ethical violations, discriminations, and harassment are sensitive issues that plague the job place generally. This training has equipped me to recognize when an employee is lying to me and how to handle the resultant effects of being lied to. I thoroughly enjoyed every session of this training
